Wollerton Old Hall® to jedna z najbardziej cenionych róż angielskich Davida Austina – uchodzi wręcz za jedną z najpiękniej pachnących w całej kolekcji. Jej kwiaty są duże, pełne, o klasycznej rozetowej formie. Początkowo mają odcień kremowo-brzoskwiniowy, który stopniowo przechodzi w czystą biel z subtelnym kremowym tonem, nadając roślinie elegancji i lekkości.
Zapach to jej największy atut – bogaty, intensywny aromat mirry z nutami owoców i kwiatów, który otacza krzew i przyciąga uwagę w całym ogrodzie.
Krzew jest silny, zdrowy i energiczny. Najczęściej prowadzony jako pnąca róża, dorasta do ok. 3 m wysokości, ale w cieplejszym klimacie może być także dużym, krzaczastym krzewem. Kwitnie powtarzalnie przez cały sezon – od późnej wiosny aż do jesieni – zachwycając obfitością kwiatów.
