Grain cleaning machines are designed for use on small and large farms. Operators can individually select the size of the fractions and load any grain: rye, wheat, sunflower, corn, legumes, coffee beans.
How does the separator work?
The material (grain) is fed into the receiving hopper, where it is distributed over the entire width under its own weight and enters the sorting chamber in a uniform flow. A powerful air flow first removes heavy impurities and stones that fall into the first fraction. The cleaned grains fall into the next tray. Non-grain impurities, damaged and crushed kernels are carried by the air flow to the last tray, and light impurities and dust are removed by the exhaust air through the separator ventilation holes.
Seed calibration and preparation is carried out by separating the crop by weight and air flow. This makes it possible to select the most complete grain (heavier weight) and ensures that the grain contains healthy seeds. This guarantees high germination. The amount of seed is reduced and the yield is increased.
Primary cleaning is designed to remove dust and partially remove non-grain waste, which allows you to quickly prepare the grain for temporary storage and further processing.
