Fransgård V-6521 je najmočnejši vitel iz serije V, primeren za zahtevno spravilo lesa na traktorjih med 45 in 90 KM. Vlečna sila 6500 kg zagotavlja dovolj moči za težje hlode, dolga jeklena žica (50 ali 60 m, trdnost skoraj 10 ton) ter hitrost umika do 1,5 m/s pa omogočata hiter potek dela. Vodilo žice, zgornji škripec in zaprt spodnji valj skrbijo za zanesljivo vodenje pod obremenitvijo, zavorni mehanizem prostega vrtenja pa ustavi boben takoj po koncu vleke, kar preprečuje ohlapno navijanje.
Buldožersko rezilo ohranja stabilnost traktorja v strmini in olajša potiskanje hlodov. Zaščitna mreža in jasne oznake sklopke izboljšajo preglednost in varnost. PTO je v osi stroja, kardanska gred je vključena v opremo, vitel pa se priklopi na tritočkovno vpetje kategorije II ali III. Celoten sklop je zasnovan za dolgo življenjsko dobo, enostaven servis in zanesljivo delovanje tudi v zahtevnejših razmerah.
